Return Material Authorisation

To return your Red Radio Solutions product for service or to make a warranty claim, you must return the product you believe to be defective at your own cost, before the end of the applicable warranty period.

Before returning any product to Red Radio Solutions, you are required to complete an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request form and email the completed form to customerservice@redradio.com.au

You will receive a return email containing your official RMA number, which you must include with the product being returned.
